The brilliant and very soft Sew Simple Eco Wadding is made from 100% recycled material: 70% cotton and 30% polyester. This is a truly green solution but looks a shade of off-white! This wadding combines the softness and breathability of cotton with durability and stability of polyester.

Information on usage

• Machine or hand quilt up to 20cm (8 inches) apart.
• Pre-washing is not necessary – once quilted, machine or hand wash using a mild detergent in cold water and dry flat. For machine washing, use a delicate cycle.
• Up to 5% shrinkage can be expected in the first wash using cold water. This will give your quilt the perfect antique wrinkled look.
• While there is no need to wash prior to use, if you wish to do so, hand wash and dry naturally. Use cool water and mild detergent and soak for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture by rolling in a dry towel and dry naturally by laying flat.
• Do not machine wash or dry before quilting
